Shipping and Returns

Order fulfillment:
We typically aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days (most orders ship the next day). During Covid-19, there may be extenuating circumstances leading to extended fulfillment times. You will be notified by email if we anticipate it will take longer than a week to ship your order.
Restocking:
We are currently only taking orders on in-stock items. If an item is temporarily sold-out, its product page will be marked "Restocking". Due to the artisanal nature of the production processes we use restocking timeframes vary. If you have your heart set on something you don't see, feel free to contact us with your request and we'll do our best to help you.
Shipping method:
Various shipping options are available at checkout. They include:
• Free Expedited Parcel: Orders over $99, to Canadian addresses, are eligible for free Canada Post Expedited Parcel (typically 1-7 days), with tracking.
Shipping sustainability:
Maiku Brando buys Certified Carbon Offsets to mitigate the environmental impact of delivering products to you. We pay for them ourselves and we don't pass any additional costs to you. All of our shipping and packaging materials are recyclable.
Import duties and other fees:
International orders, your country may (or may not) require duties, taxes, or other charges that are not included in shipping rates. Please check with your local customs authority or post office before you place your order.
Separate Packages:
To ensure you get your purchases as fast as possible, you may receive your order in more than one package, from more than one origin (US and/or EU). We will ship items as they become available.
Returns and exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your Maiku Brando product.
Please read our full refund policy and understand that we want to ensure you get the best possible product experience while supporting our shared goal to reduce waste.
We cannot accept returns of face masks for hygiene reasons.
We can offer returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items if returned to us within 30 days.
If you receive a product that you believe is damaged, or defective, please contact us with a written description and photograph of the problem so we can identify the nature of the problem. We will send replacements for misprinted, damaged, or defective goods.
Please note that handmade goods often have irregularities due to the nature of their production which are considered to be part of their distinctive character, which are not considered defects.
Lost packages:
In the unlikely event that an order is not delivered, please contact us so we can work to get your order to you.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages if you select shipping methods that don't use tracking. We've never experienced a lost package, but it's hypothetically possible.
