Orders and Shipping

Order fulfillment:

A limited amount of items are in stock with more being made right now in our Vancouver Studio. 

Ordering secures your place in the sequence. Orders are shipped in the sequence they were placed.

Please note: Quantities are limited. When we run out of material, we will stop taking orders and this product offering will end.

Shipping:

Easy Flat Rate Shipping

You will be automatically offered a rate at checkout based on your geographic location and order size.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $200

FLAT RATES for all orders under $200

Local: $15 Includes: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and New Westminster.

Rest of Canada: $25

USA / International: $35 (CAD)

Carriers:

  • We select the best option available from UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or local Courier services. 
  • We aim for 1-3 day shipping rates for Canadian and US orders.

Shipping sequence:

  • Place your order to secure your place in the queue.
  • In stock items ship immediately, otherwise orders ship upon completion, in the sequence received. New stock is made daily.
  • We will do everything in our power to deliver orders by the holidays. 

If you have a particular delivery concern, include a note in your order at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

USA / International customers: Please note that the customs authorities in your country might charge additional tariffs, duties, taxes, or other charges on your order and the carrier might also charge additional fees or other charges to manage that process. Please be aware that you are responsible for all such additional charges. Check the rules and regulations where you live. 

NOTE: All prices listed here in Canadian dollars, at checkout the price will be in your selected payment currency. 

Restocking:

All products are made as part of limited edition drops, in strictly limited quantities. Occasionally products will temporarily sell out, with more on the way. An option to sign up for a restock notification will appear on the product page. Please enter your email.

When a product finally sells out the button will read "Sold Out" and a note will be added to the product page. 

Shipping and sustainability:

Maiku Brando buys Certified Carbon Offsets, at our expense, to mitigate the environmental impact of delivering products to you. All of our shipping and packaging materials are recyclable and/or biodegradable. 

Returns and exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your order.

We care about our customers deeply and want you to be happy. If something is not as you expect, or you have any cause to contact us, please reach out and we'll do our best. 

We can accept returns on damaged or defective items within 30 days. If you receive a product that you believe is damaged, or defective, please contact us with a written description and photograph.

Lost packages:

We've never experienced a lost package, but it's hypothetically possible. In the unlikely event that an order is not delivered, please contact us so we can find on a solution.
