Free or Flat Rate Shipping

You will be offered a rate at checkout, automatically, based on your geographic location and order size.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $200

OR

FLAT RATES for all orders under $200

Local flat rate: $15 Includes: Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and New Westminster.

Rest of Canada flat rate: $25

USA / International rate: $35 (CAD)

Remember, all orders over $200 ship FREE :)


Carriers

  • We select the best option available at the time of your order from UPS, Purolator, and FedEx. 
  • All shipments include tracking - you'll receive a notification when your order is received and another one with a tracking link when your order ships. 


Delivery time

  • We aim for 2-5 days for local customers and a 5-7 days for Canada-wide customers. International delivery times vary by location. 
  • If you have a delivery deadline, contact us to us and we will work with you to make it happen. 


USA / International customers

The customs authorities in your country might charge additional tariffs, duties, taxes, or other charges on your order and the carrier might also charge additional fees or other charges to manage that process. Please be aware that you are responsible for all such additional charges. Check the rules and regulations where you live. 

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, but the price you see at checkout will be in the currency of your selected payment method. 


Shipping and sustainability

All of our shipping and packaging materials are recyclable and/or biodegradable. Furthermore, Maiku Brando buys Certified Carbon Offsets, at our expense, to mitigate the environmental impact of delivering products to you. 


Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order.

We care about our customers deeply and want you to be happy. If something is not as you expect, or you have any cause to contact us, please reach out and we'll do our best. 

We can accept returns on damaged or defective items within 30 days. If you receive a product that you believe is damaged, or defective, please contact us with a written description and photograph.

Lost packages

We've never experienced a lost package. In the unlikely event that an order is not delivered, please contact us so we can find on a solution.
